Please arrive by 8:00am for team warm-up - we will find out on the morning which warm-up slot we have been given.
Swimmers will swim 3 individual events (races) and hopefully at least 1 relay (depending on the age spread of our swimmers). Coach Dan will pick suitable races for the swimmers (Performance Stream swimmers can pick their own events.)
Races/events will begin at 9:00am. Order of event is:
Individual Medley > Freestyle > Butterfly > Backstroke > Breast stroke > Freestyle Relay > Medley Relay > Coaches & Parents Relay > Awards & Ribbons ceremony
Swimmers distances are based on age:
10 & Under's swim 25m races / 11-14 year old's swim 50m races / 15 & Overs swim 100m races
There should be a 30-45 minute break in the schedule for lunch (usually before the Breaststroke or Relay events).
Please email Coach Dan if you cannot stay until the estimated end time of 3pm (individual events should be finished by 1pm).
